- Development Phase:
Cancellations during the development phase will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the total project cost.
- Post-Development Phase:
Once the project has been delivered and the client has accepted the final product, cancellations will not be entertained.

All payments made to OneClick IT Consultancy are non-refundable. We do not offer any refunds for any payments made for our services.
- Project Scope and Quality Assurance:
While we do not offer refunds, we ensure that our work matches the agreed project scope and specifications. If any defects or issues are identified within 14 days of delivery, OneClick IT Consultancy will rectify the issues at no additional cost.

- Client Delays:
